Joport Shipping Services provides various logistics services including, but not limited to, domestic and international LCL (Less than Container Load) and FCL (Full Container Load) shipments, air freight, ocean freight, road freight, and custom brokerage services.

- The Company will endeavour to ship and deliver goods in a timely manner.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- The Company is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays.
6. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payment terms are specified in the invoice and must be adhered to by the Client.
- The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
- The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

- Clients are responsible for purchasing adequate insurance for their goods.
